About Our School

Welcome to Muhula Seed Secondary School

Muhula Seed Secondary School was born in 2018 from a community-driven vision to bridge the gap between primary and secondary education in Kachonga Subcounty and neighbouring areas.

Construction began on 30 August 2022 under the UgIFT (Uganda Intergovernmental Fiscal Transfers) Programme — a government initiative funded by the World Bank. The school is built on 2.8170 hectares (6.96 Acres) at Plot 622, Block 3, Dunghuli, Butaleja.

Situated in Dunghuli Village, Namunasa Parish, Kachonga Subcounty, Bunyole East County, Butaleja District, Eastern Uganda, Muhula Seed Secondary School is a vibrant day school offering quality and affordable O-Level and A-Level education under the USE and UPOLET programmes.

The school places a very strong focus on STEM education — Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

We are dedicated to developing well-rounded learners who thrive academically, spiritually, and socially, preparing every student to become a responsible, innovative, and God-fearing citizen ready to make an impact.
